Customer Reviews
Good value, some small kinks
Overall, Navan provides good value for corporate travel and expense. The automated reimbursements work well, and the global travel inventory is quite extensive. I did notice that the initial setup for per diem management had a slight learning curve, which could be more intuitive. But for the price, especially with the Direct ERP Integration, it's a strong contender against what we used before. Customer service was helpful when I called about a booking issue for a group, though I was on hold for about 8 minutes.
Great features, solid support
We just onboarded for Unified Travel and Expense Management and it's been a mostly positive experience. The initial setup for the corporate cards and travel policy automation was straightforward, though it took about 10 days to get everything fully integrated with our ERP. The support team was responsive when we had a question about multi-currency expense support, usually getting back to us within a few hours. Employee feedback on the Mobile Travel App has been very good for ease of use. It's a comprehensive platform that delivers on its promises.
Consistent service, reliable platform
Another solid experience with Navan. I set up event travel management for our Q4 sales kickoff and it was as smooth as last time. The platform feels familiar, and our team had no issues booking. It's why we keep coming back.
Travel booking made easy
Used Navan for a few business trips now. It's pretty good. Booking flights and hotels was way less hassle than our old system. My expense reports almost do themselves now. No complaints, it just works.

Is Navan any good for small businesses, or is it mostly for huge companies?
Hey, wondering if anyone knows how Navan's pricing works? Like, is it per user or what?
Thinking about setting up Navan for our team. How long does it usually take to get everything implemented and actually running?
Anyone got any experience with their corporate cards? Are they easy to set up and manage?
